Rules for using Vaultspark

Effective and last updated: August 23, 2026

Vaultspark is a free, non-commercial beta. Cards, finishes, dust, tickets, ratings, and other game records have no monetary value and cannot be sold or redeemed through Vaultspark.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By installing, accessing, or using the Vaultspark Discord application ("Vaultspark," "the bot," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and the rules of every Discord server where you use Vaultspark.

You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord in your country. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Vaultspark.

2. Beta service

Vaultspark is under active development. Features, commands, drop rates, cooldowns, card pools, crafting rules, progression, and availability may change. Testing may require maintenance, rollbacks, inventory corrections, or announced resets. We will try to communicate significant changes, but uninterrupted access and permanent preservation of beta progress are not guaranteed.

3. Game items have no real-world value

Vaultspark cards and other records are limited licenses to use game features within Vaultspark. They are not property, cryptocurrency, gambling instruments, prizes of monetary value, or claims against the operator. Vaultspark does not sell packs, currency, cards, subscriptions, or increased odds. It does not provide cash-out, wagering, battle stakes, or an official marketplace.

4. Fair-play rules

You may not:

If you discover a vulnerability or economy exploit, stop using it and report it privately to the operator. Deliberately retaining or distributing exploit gains may result in correction or removal.

5. Trading

Trading is limited to supported Vaultspark cards and exact quantities or serials. Both participants must confirm the final offer before the bot settles it. Editing an offer resets confirmation. Trades may expire or be cancelled before settlement; completed trades are normally final unless a verified service defect requires a rollback. Never exchange money, external goods, passwords, or account access for a Vaultspark trade.

6. Moderation and enforcement

The operator may restrict or terminate access, correct balances or inventories, reverse exploit-driven gains, invalidate automated activity, or preserve relevant audit records when reasonably necessary to protect users, game integrity, Discord communities, or the service. Server administrators may also restrict Vaultspark under their own server rules. Enforcement decisions may consider technical records and context, and may be revisited when new evidence is available.

7. Availability and changes

Vaultspark may be changed, suspended, relocated, or discontinued at any time. Features may be limited to owners or configured testers. Battles may remain unavailable while being developed. We are not responsible for missed cooldowns, encounters, turns, trades, or rewards caused by outages, Discord restrictions, server bans, connectivity failures, or maintenance.

8. Intellectual property and fan-project notice

Vaultspark is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project. Pokémon names, characters, card artwork, trade dress, and related marks belong to their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company. Discord and its marks belong to Discord Inc. Vaultspark is not endorsed by or affiliated with those companies. Use of third-party material does not transfer ownership to Vaultspark or its users.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Vaultspark is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, permanent availability, error-free card data, or preservation of beta progress. You use the service at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Vaultspark operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of access, disputes between users, or loss of perceived game value arising from use of or inability to use Vaultspark. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

The Vaultspark Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, why it is used, what other players may see, and how to request access or deletion.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top will identify the current version. Material changes will be announced through the bot or its testing community when practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms going forward.

13. Contact

Questions, reports, or appeals can be sent to the Vaultspark operator through a Discord server where Vaultspark is installed. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or payment information.
